Had ordered a 1TB WD HD from amazon 2 days back, the listing was listed for 300Rs by the amazon seller rocky, yes it was a pricing error, the product was amazon fulfilled product. By seeing the price I couldn’t resist my self from ordering one. All gone well and while tracking it was showing as preparing for dispatch but suddenly the worse thing happened, they cancelled the order saying price error . This happened because of their carelessness and contacted their cc for getting that product but they were repeating the same answer that they cant do anything. But the interesting fact is that many guys have received the product!
Am not saying I want that product but they should at least give some compensation for the customers who have bought that deal but they are not ready for that. They have a lot of thing to learn. Any way wont order anything from Amazon from now on wards. Learn from flipkart and how they value their customers.
