Amazon is a online shopping site and it is very popular in India.They have both the website and app facality for ordering items.You can buy various things from them like electronics items, mobiles, books, cloths, shoes, food and nutrients etc.But sometimes I found difficulties on ordering goods and at the delivery time.I ordered a necklace for my sister and she needed it on 15th january, but we received it on 20th january.On the other hand, I also ordered a jacket for myself.But instead of one I ordered two mistakenly.I instantly cancelled one of them.But, they send me two jackets and twice the price was paid for the two items.Now I have returned it and I’m still waiting for my refund.This is just a waste of time for me.Because their app doesn’t have any order edit option and this makes us suffering problems like mentioned above.Again the payment option is also a problem for small town peoples.I can’t choose COD option for buying items and sometimes for some items my current pin code doesn’t accept my pincode.So I have to enter a different pincode of my relative address.But one thing I can surely say that you can buy some items from amazon cheeper than other shopping site.Overall, Amazon is a very useful and good shopping site and it is quite easy to use.But some developement must be needed for comfort of it’s customer.
