I have been ordering products from Amazon and the experience as always been good, but this time the delivery service of Amazon has really been bad.
I ordered a sony xb400 headset from Amazon on discounted price and I requested the Amazon customer service to reschedule the delivery date. The customer service took my request and assured me that the delivery will be done on the specified day that I gave.
But what happened was really sad because the order that I was waiting to be delivered was actually cancelled by the Amazon. I wanted that products and hence I ordered it on the sale price.
The point that I want to make here is since I rescheduled the delivery date and the customer care assured me of the delivery date change, why was the order cancelled? .
