My order id is Order # 405-2916088-9735564 and I am a prime member of Amazon.
I ordered a nokia 6 mobile on October 26 on amazon.in in exchange offer and paid through credit card in EMI option as per amazon terms and conditions. When the delivery boy comes to me he denies to deliver the product and said that your exchange phone is damaged but it is not damaged it’s scratched minor on its back pannel as per there T& C which snapshots I sent to there email id, it is acceptable said by there representative when I call to there customer care after all I contact there customer care service 7 or 8 time with all channels of communication via phone call, mail or chat they said that we send a request to our delivery department and they will deliver your product and pick up your exchange phone tomorrow and then cut my phone again & again. I am totally disappointed with there services. The product needs urgent to me but now it’s meaningless for me I have all records of chats in the form of screenshots and other in emails and order id tracking id and all documents now there senior representatives said that we will refund your money but I don’t want refund because its already blocked my credit limit in my card so I am in trouble. Now its again showing that your product on the way in mu Amazon app in my order section but now I don’t have that exchange phone.
So how can I take there parcel.
I am frustrated so please never buy product on Amazon they do false agreement. If you have any confusion then contact me will explain my problem or suggest you if required. My contact# 9602828069
