Amazon is multiple national E-commerce site and they provide very good facility but some time its create harshy moment and this moment is very painful, few months back I was purchased re furbished phone I take my parallel on right time but charging adopter was missing in the box and second time am purchase a nova TRIMMER and this product not work properly and I don’t know how I can replace it because no information provides by the Amazon
