Amazon Service Sucks

If you purchase anything from Amazon India and then you will be the next person who will write the review here.


I Have placed an order for a Netgear Wireless Router on 16th Oct 2014 (order number 171-5708514-8254707) done the online payment as well and they told the delivery date is 27th October. 2014. I got a mail saying that the order is shipped from the seller and that will be reaching by 27th October. Which I dint received.


When I tried to track (Tracking ID: 40736989974) the order it was shows that it’s in “Transit”. Worst Courier service DELHIVERY (SHIP CARRIER: ARAMEX), they don’t have the contact number.


When contacted amazon, they are saying we need to contact the seller as they dont have any info regarding this. As a customer I placed an order because it is in AMAZON.in, I dont care about that seller. For me AMAZON in the seller where they are just saying we don’t have the info regarding this and they will send a mail to the seller on behalf of me, that worst seller will reply "sorry for inconvience.


We escalated this issue" but no response. I purchase many things from FLIPKART but I never faced this type of issue. Please friends don’t purchase anything from this irresponsible Amazon.com site else you have to face mental torture like me.
