I have ordered a phone when hdfc cash back offer running last year. I have waited too long and contacted number of times in last fews days and last month to amazon support from all medium. But I have not received cashback.
And they have started new cashback offer with citibank credit card. To increase sales these guys run cashback offer but don’t give.
Totally fraud offer.
Every time I contact support they give me 48 hr time for the bank transfers. But I don’t thing it’s take too much time.
