I’ve had a few deliveries from Amazon now who use their own branded delivery service.
When I’m not in they always find a good sheltered hidden location for my parcels if they can’t find aneighbour.
On the latest visit they went through a gate to the back garden and put it under a chair under a cover so it was safe.
I’ve just had a failed delivery from another company as Amazon didn’t have the item and they couldn’t even be bothered to try a neighbour. It made me realize how good Amazon have been lately. Wished I’d used them this time.I’ve also found Amazons return policy excellent in the past as well.
