Amazon’s customer service is really awesome. They never treat you badly, they have toll free number, email and chat option for instantaneous help.
Amazon has great return policy, if you find any item a little bit faulty, they will replace or return it without further queries.
Amazon have a variety of products and it gives free delivery for books of any price.
Cons:
- The only con I found is that amazon’s service is not available everywhere in india.But if you find their service in your area, always go for amazon!
