Amazon making thier customer fool always even I have experience horrible service from them, I had oder cervical pillow from Amazon , when Amazon courier boy deliverd the product , it is not the way what I have imagine & it’s turned to be somthing different ,
What I have seen in the app the same think I did not get, even it is not as soft as which I had considerd , when I call them to get this product back , they said , our delivery boy would come and take the product from you , suddenly he will transfer the mony into you account , I waited for them one day but they did not transfer the money into my account, now it has been now 10 days but same answer I was being given by amazon , everyday I use to call them , they would tell me today we going to transfer money into your account and they always would give me time on this date you would get your money, but yes I got the money after one month later, really very horrible service I faced by Amazon, I know Amazon is globally very big industry but really so worthless to me , now I am never going to buy any product from Amazon, I would prefer other shopping app , really Amazon is so called company ,
