I am a singer and I odered my bm-800 condensor mic from Amazon. The mic was working perfectly on the first day, but on second day, it completely stopped working.
Since amazon provide 10 days replacement. I placed my replacement, the pick up boy was scheduled to take my mic the next day. But he didnt came.
I called the costomer service and they said, you missed the pickup guy. But no one actually came. They again rescheduled it to next day.
Finally the pickup guy and took my mic with him. After a day I checked my Amazon app for the status of my replacemet, according to it my replacement will be shipped as soon as the pickup guy deliver that mic to Amazon.
3 days passed but the app showed same status. I called the costumer service again, they replied that they havent got the product yet. Theyll ship my replacement as soon as the product is received by them.
I was really annoyed by this still I kept calm and waited for few more days now 7 days has passed and the status in Amazon app showed same.
I contacted the costomer service again and asked to cancel my order and they replied sure sir, but you will only be refunded once well receive your product.
Now that reply shook me up. The product was never delivered and I was never refunded. I tried contacting them several times but nothing helped.
That was my first and last shopping from Amazon.
