Very bad service.
I had purchased 2 bag packs from Amazon, these were delivered in May 2015.
Immediately on receiving the bags I noticed that the zipper of one of the bags was defective and the overall quality of both the bags was below average and were not value for money.
I initiated a return and was advised to return the products to the "Seller"( Amazon has a policy to blame everything on "Seller")
I returned both the products to the "Seller" on 7th May 2015 and I was promise that I will get the refund within 1 to 2 weeks.
It has been 4 months now and this Amazon and Seller duo are collective sitting in the issue and have not returned my amount of Rs 5200.
Today when I escalated the issue to Amazon complaining the non acceptable delay in the refund, Amazon had conveniently passed on the buck to the saviour. The "Seller"
I humbly request Amazon to please return my money with INTEREST and shipping charges immediately.
I have decided of not using Amazon in future and request all to please forward this horrible experience to all your friends and make them aware of such financial fraud.
Despite of such a bad experience I would be compelled to use Amazon for ebook downloads as I have 2 kindles.
