It is one of the best shopping app that I 've ever stumbled upon, thereby ordering most the things from here as I don't need there offer but the avaliabilty of the product which refrains me being pathetic and search for the product all around ny local shops. So far I 've orderd 6 to 8 products from this app 7 of then are books that I booked after seeing photos of the book uploaded by people bought that.
Customer service is good as they are good negotiator as well, When my last order was deliverd which was book then I ran out of 5 ruppe of my money that was supposed to be given to him, he considering my problem that I couldn't go back for just 5 ruppes agreed to take to-be given money.
Product qualities are always up to the mark and when 3 days ago I bought hard cover copy of bhagwat in just 147 ruppes I was shocked seeing the book as it was shining like a star when it approached to me.
DELIVERY time is normal normally they take 4 days to deliver the product but sometime it even increases or decreases to one day, which to me doesn't matter because , to make this issue, they apologise to thier customers on meeting.
