I am a lazy person and that’s why I prefer online shopping. I have done shopping from many online stores but amazon is the best and if you are a prime member it is even better
Customer service- customer service is very good at Amazon you can also return a product very easily I ordered a watch and got a defected one but when I talked to customer care I got a new one only in 3 days
Product quality- the quality of the products on amazon are also amazing you get the best product and the packing is also good I have ordered from amazon many a times and there was only once when I got a defective product and that was also replaced by amazon
Delevry time - delevry time is a major issue with online stores and in amazon also you gen your delivery in 2-3 days but in some cases you can chose for same day delivery option in many rrgions
app and website- the amazon app I can say is just ok it does not feel that good in mobile devices but on pc the website is good amazon needs to work on its app a lot
Reliablity- well in my openion you can relay on amazon as the product in most cases is original and they deliver before the time they give but if yoy have to buy cloths and daily need I prefer ofline shops
