This is inform i am very frustrated with your team and service, ur staff doesn’t have manners to speak, i place order on 29 sept then i recieve my order very late after 20 days and it was non working condition, i requested a return and i spoke to one of ur customer service team swati she said don’t wory she wil arrange a pickup becoz 2 days drivers were fooling me by saying everyday tommorow, and that swati who don’t have brain instead of arranging a pickup for return she cancel my return request lucky i went on my app and check the request was cancel i don’t know if it was her or driver but she didn’t arrange any request for pickup as she said she will send me email but i wait for email 1 day no email was send and then next day i spoke to jatin, parul, and aishwarya ur customer service team all are useless all ask me same question abt order detail and giving me assurance of arranging a pickup since 6 days and now 6 days has been passed ur driver call me saying i am here and here i will reach in 5 mint due to which i am leaving my home since 5 days all ur customer service team and ur stupid drivers are fooling me by saying everyday tommorow, today ur driver lie he is coming then speak rude on fone that the guy is sick he will come tommorow and yesterday anothet guy came to my home at 9pm is that the time to visit and not taking the parcel with him he deny saying that i dont have vehicle with me then y the hell he came to my home i am so frustrated now i will post this story everywhere in LinkedIn on Facebook on twitter etc..becoz i am not sitting free to wait everyday n they keep making me fool..becox of ur careless and unprofessional behaviour of all staff i had to place another order of grinder becoz i can’t wait till this thing will be return becoz i was really in need of grinder so before my non working grinder got pickup i place anothet order and wasted a money..u speak to ur drivers and customer service team or i will take an legal action.
