Amazon is the worst shopping site i have ever seen.The site is not user friendly.It showing amazon prime video suggestions and kindle suggestions, for me it is annoying.They have to develop a clean website .
Regarding the speed of delivery amazon is far away compared to flipkart and other shopping portals. Also The quality of products they are delivering is not great
But In some area’s they doing great job, They have wide variety of products. That’s a nice thing
So i think Amazon has to improve in lot of area’s
