Amazon.in is a renowned online site but still it has some flaws which I don’t like. First thing is that the interface of the app is not user friendly like the other online shopping app, using the app feels like the same as using a online shopping app in a browser which I think they should improve and also Amazon takes longer time to deliver products as compared to other online shopping apps and I have experimented it buy placing order of a same product both on Flipkart and Amazon on the same day but the azazon delivery was done 5 days later the Flipkart delivery.So, I think they should improve these flaws.
