I placed an order Number 1183755-7033960 on 4th of October and the delivery was supposed to be on the 6th of October. My status showed first that the person tried and could not deliver which was untrue and from 7th onwards it shows delivered though it has not been. They keep calling my mum(for whom this machine was bought) and keep claiming they will come but we are yet to see the machine. I have then been writing various messages on Amazon chat and talking to various people and have had no answers except some platitudes of they how they know I feel. Disgusting wasteoftime and effort.I am tired of this.
