I am very happy with Amazon.com as they delivered the Dr. Batra Heena Shampoo within a week of ordering it. Though they charged an extra Rs 60, but I think its worth it. The checkout process is very smooth and less complicated. They even sent me an SMS for tracking my order. Since it was a liquid product, they packed it quite carefully so that it didn’t spill off.
I thought that Flipkart is better than Amazon, but now I am quite impressed with Amazon and rather dissappointed with Flipkart.
I will order from Amazon again.
