This is regarding the Order: 403-5163774-1441912, I ordered a mobile flip cover from Amazon, when I received the item I found that it was not upto my expectation and quality is very very cheap. But the seller has Chanred Rs.475 including courier service (Rs. 60).
When I asked about refund and return, they asked me to return the item to seller and provided sellers address. After I return the the item through the DTDC courier to the seller address provided by Amazon, I replied to Amazon with the courier receipt copy attached which cost me Rs.90 for the courier. After few hours I received an email from Amazon where they mentioned a new address and asked to send the item to the new address.
This is pathetic service by Amazon. If we have to struggle like this then what is the use of buying online?
