I have been using Amazon for past few years and one thing I can say about it that Amazon is excellent, superb , fantastic e-commerce company at least in India. It’s products are original and much better than that of other companies. Delivery is fast. Packing is always good. Customer service is responsive. Tracking is real time. And if you don’t like their products, you can simply return them. Overall, very nice service by Amazon.
