Hi ! Everyone I want to share my experience with the amazon. Before I start my experience I want to clear that this is a real review I mean I am using amazon since long time .
I orderd my first order on Flipkart but after one ordere I only chose for many order is Amazon.
I am amazon prime member . Amazon prime membership is amazing they give you there best as they can. I got my orders in minimum two day or max. 4 days. I think this time delay because of my location but this delivery time is better then other online shopping companies.
# Experience
So if I talking about my experience about shipping charges and handling of product . Then I think on some third party orders they apply shipping charges but all prime owned order are free from shipping charges. For every product they giving there best packaging . If you buy a shampoo then it will wrapped in so many air cushion pollythin which give him a better protection. I ordered my moto g4 plus , OnePlus 5T , moto g5s plus on Amazon . My shopping experience is amazing on Amazon .
#Online payment
If talking about the net banking or payment via debit or credit card . There is no chance of fraud . They have best security system and I think Amazon’s payment gateway is fast and reliable then others.
#Cashback or Amazon pay
If you want great cashbacks on orders while it is just of rupees then you will got the cashback after sometime( usually 1-2 day) .
They give better service for recharge and they will definitely give a great cashback then paytm on recharges through Amazon pay.
#Return policy
Ok Fine! after sopping you found that order is not look like as you seen in picture ( generally never happened) . In this case they will take the order back or in simple word you can return this easily. They will return your money in 7 days of working.
#Product quality
Quality of any product I buy from Amazon is upper level .I want to mention that I bought a backcase for karbonn s310 from because it is not available on Amazon so I try Flipkart and I want to say the wrost quality product I ever buy on flipkart. Product was so bad the back case paint is just fade away by just touch.
# My opinion
So if you are a new on online shopping and want a good experience on this platform then I recommend you to try at least one Amzon for shopping.
