Guys to be honest, iam really tired with the amazon service. I have ordered my headphone from amazon in prime basis and they have delivered within one day but the product was faltu while hearing in high volume, the speakers are jerking(fatrai). So I placed an replacement request, they said it will be delivered in 3 days. and after 3 days when I logged into amazon what I see that delivery boy attempted delivery but I was not there that too at 10.30 Pm(and trust me no message and no call to intimate me about my product). Now can any one imagine how can they deliver after 10 PM at night and that too it was my office address now who will explain that duffer guys office will be closed by 6.30 or 9.30.
Yet its been more than a week and yet my product is not delivered. whenever I call customer service, each day each one do the committment by saying your product will be delivered tomorrow but dont.
I am really tired, now I ll do the case on them
Guys last but not least please dont trust the amazon and their advertisements, in simple words they are bullshit.
