I am sharing my recent experience with Amazon India, hoping to raise awareness and seek resolution.
I ordered a Galaxy Watch, trading in my Moto G60 phone under Amazon’s exchange program. Unfortunately, upon delivery, the watch was missing, though the charger was included. I immediately contacted customer care, and they asked me to wait for 4 days for further investigation and to reconnect on 12/10/2024.

When I followed up as advised, I was assured that the investigation was completed and the replacement product would be delivered by 13/10/2024.

However, the tracking information never updated, and despite multiple attempts to get clarity, I was told that the product had already been "delivered, " which is untrue.

As a Prime member for over 5-6 years, I am deeply disappointed with the way this has been handled. The customer care team provided conflicting information, and this entire process has wasted a lot of my time with no resolution in sight.
I am sharing this to raise awareness among fellow customers and also request Amazon to take appropriate action and improve the overall customer experience.
