Don’t buy this product because it will be delivered in damaged conditionI am facing an issue with my orderI ordered an apple watch on 15-02-2020 from amazon, Order no . 407-8696102-1941903.It arrived on 16-02-2020.I complained on 16th itself regarding the damage of the product and shared the photos of damaged product .Thereafter they arranged pick up for the product but the pick up boy declined to take the product because of the high amount of this productThen I mailed to Jeff Bezos, Amit agarwal and Amazon helpline regarding this whole issue and then they called me and told me to wait to another 2-4 days and told me that they will arrange pick up .But then after 5 days there was no response from their side so I mailed them and amazon team replied that the product was delivered intact and correct item is shipped and delivered.I never stated that item was not correct . but the watch was damaged and was not functioning right .After all this, I decided to file a complain in national Consumer Helpline.And now Amazon is not helping regarding this whole issue . they haven’t yet provided me with a refund nor with a replacement of the same.We as customer do not expect such behaviour from such a big reputed brand like Amazon .There is no proper authority to look into matters of damaged products .I am sure along with me many customers might have suffered from so many losses due to non-functioning of amazon teams .Amazon takes no accountability for customers complaints even after doing everything they told us to do .
