I had a very bad experience with Amazon India. Recently I ordered an Apple Macbook Air 13.3 inch on 19 April 2015 from Seller E Retail on Amazon India. On 21 April 2015, I see a drop in pricing and the difference amount is INR 1800/- I can’t resist but to contact seller to payback the difference(I haven’t received the Macbook yet) but Amazon site contact seller webpage show something sorry and looks like you can’t reach out to seller. I have cancelled the order and I am suppose to receive and since they don’t allow Cash on Delivery on order above INR 50, 000 so amount also got stuck.
I have again ordered the Macbook and this time Tiger retail . Have to shell out more money as refund is pending and haven’t received any of the Macbook yet.
Neither I can contact Amazon India, Nor the seller. The only option if I give a bad review only then they will call and I don’t want to do so, the reason I am writing this post . Hope Amazon India, Apple folks, Sellers will read this and contact with me.
I have got a mail that the your order has been delivered and we rejected the first order as it a costlier one. Waiting for another one that hasn’t arrived.
