I order a laptop’Dell Inspiron 3542 Laptop(Silver) without Laptop Bag’ from Amazon.in on 08th Oct 2014.(Order number: 402-3856225-1752338, aramax tracking ID: 40736675652)
At the time of purchase the Estimated delivery was displayed as 14 Oct which later was changed to 20th October without notifying the reason and till todays date i.e. 27th Oct I haven’t received my Order.
On the website Delivery Tracking status is showing as "In Transit" Expected delivery: Monday 20 October 2014, by 8:00pm and Latest Event: "Mumbai Maharashtra Order details shared with the courier - 15 October 2014 3:36:30 AM".
I contacted customer care several times but no one is able to trace the order.Only option now left with me is to file a FIR under IPC 420 and 467. I am looking for a negative rating option but as it is not available on the page I am m arking it as one.
