As in India, there are two best eCommerce website Flip kart and Amazon.I am customer of both the websites from last 3 years but I prefer Amazon and ordered more 10 products from them because of following reasons
Customer Service - The customer service is great because one’s I ordered a laptop from them which was faulty and I ask them for a refund and they initiated the process as soon as possible for my refund and their customer service is best as they acknowledge quickly.
Product Quality - The product listed on their websites are through their retailers network located all around the India with different prices quoted for the same product.Though some times we have seen rare cases of product damage or mismatch happening for few customers.
Delivery Timelines - They provide delivery timelines based on your location.If you are staying in a city it takes 2-3 days and for remote area it may go up-to 9-15 days timelines.Delivery is done third party through their employed agents.They provide 1 day delivery option to its Prime customers.
App & Websites - They have both app as well as website but if you order through app they will provide extra discount with help different banks payment methods.
Reliability - They have been in the business since 1994 in America and they have spread the work model to different countries.Their business is mainly dependent on distributor and retailers network
In short, Amazon is good eCommerce site which provides products at less competitive prices from its competitors.
