Amazon Is average e-commerce website. I don’t know why it is very popular. Some time it give good product but some time it send very bad product.I brought a sneeker from amazon .in picture on website it look very cool but in reality it colour is very dull. In case of size it is very bad. I wore the sneeker only one time and it damage my foot badly.it is very hard from back side. Amazon give me very bad product.In case of delivery amazon is very fast . It deliver product too fast. I complete the shipment 2or3 days.it is very fast.Costumer service of amazon is best then other sites. They treat with customers perfectly. They solve all the problems of coustmers.i also satisfied with the customer service of amazon.The website of amazon is also good.it is very fast but their is problem in the app of amazon. The app is very slow. And did not show perfect product.and its size is also very much.Replacement policy of amazon is good.but in the case of refund it is very bad.it did not give all money to costumer.i think it give 75% back to costumer.it is very bad.ad the website is hard to play.It is average site.
