AMAZON (amazon finaly return my money 50 DAYS)

I bought a product( product id #403-0087513-5258750 /17 Oct 2015 By Trixie Seller) used condition and spiral loop was not present with the same,


the seller say me we are not sending any used products, it indirectly means they say you are lying with them for minor amount of money I say I can proof you I have the product pic. but they don’t want after that, they say refund request send from your side and I click on that option but page say me this item is not eligible for return, is this any kind of joke or contest?


from last 4 days I wasting my time, I might be loss my money too. I don’t know how much valuable one customer for your company, but I surly say that this is my last shopping from your site, and like previously I suggested my every friends to shop from Amazon site, now I refused to say any my friend shop from Amazon site, Amazon is like same other online company in India which make customer fool.


Actually its IPC 420 case to fraud people and make fool some one by showing one and sending something different.but I don’t have that much time to file case against this. 1) 23 oct 2015 I was mail this issue to Jeff Bezos

thank you very much for your kind response, I am sorry cant reply you on time, and as per your company kindness I might be get my money back, but what should I do with that time which I spend on this issue. do think its worth it to get RS.400 back(one side I donate 81% of net profit do you think I do this for Rs.400)


what about my mental harassment which done by seller. what they says me I am lying on him(one side I ready to send pic. of product to proof that I am not laying)?


and what about my experience with amazon.in? is that fine I trust on your site?

3) 18 oct 2015 another side Seller says to me.authorized return request, but page direcct me same this item not eligible for return.


I post them screen shoot.


then they say sorry we will contact seller support resolve the issue,


after few hours they say seller support not able to solve issue plase contact to coustomer care.


I contact then they say me we will proceed your return request . last time to day back the customer support say we cant proceed return request from our side. then they say we proceed.

I called Seller support this morning and according to them there must be some technical error. Seller support can not do anything about that. I kindly request you to contact amazon customer care at 1800 3000 9009. They will definitely be able to sort this out.

6) Now customer support team replay me we cancel and arrange pickup  from our side


they will not doing any action and never arrange any pickup just entertaining you


in the end if this happened with another contrary like US or UK amazon took strictly action on it but in India they don’t because they thin Indians are fool,


because of some people who say its good amazing.and wonderful


are bahai they didn’t care you its an just collecting thousand of cores revenue and took out side of India.


I request those please being Indian.


FINALLY AFTER 50 DAYS THEY RETURN MY MONEY
