I DON’T know why there are only bad review for amazon here.I searched for this section to especially write about a wonderful experience I had with amazon india today.
I had ordered a few books ahead of my birthday.i received all of them except two.i checked my account to track the package and was dismayed to sell that the website showed the status as "delivered" even though I had not received the package!
I called customer care people and complained about it.they assured me that if I had not received the package the following day-they would initiate a refund and keept their word and initiated the refund though it was not the end of the chapter.
the following day I was in for a surprise when my office receptionist told me that he had received a package for me last week and forgotten to inform me!
I called amazon and requested to cancel refund as I had received my books .They said once refund is initiated cannot be cancelled so I COULD KEEP THE BOOK AS GIFT.
