Issue with my Phone(Q800 X Edition)in just 1 Month SN: Q800413L0076279
For the first time I bought XOLO and I was actually betrayed, by the company and the product, my mic is faulty and I am not able to talk without the headset. Would you please replace this handset or I need refund for the same?

Also I visited the service center yesterday, and they told me that the phone’s motherboard has got some issue so I need to give the phone and they will repair the same and this whole thing will take around 30 days. What the hell is this why you need 30 days to repair, if the motherboard is faulty then it must be from the manufacturer.Please replace this set or give me the refund.Guys can you please take an initiative for the same from XOLO or from the mobile supplier.
