Very Poor Services

Bought Lenovo k4 Note


Replace the phone set as it was a faulty pc and received a new 1 however the 2nd set was also not in order.


Amazon informed they will not issue a new set any more but will return the funds.


16th of April cheque issued on address with out any previous notification hence no body to receive the cheque.


I had sent an Authorization letter on 3rd May in order to receive the cheque on a new billing address which amazon assure that they have received the letter on 3 rd may.


Initiatted 13th May.


Zubber informed that I will get the cheque within 9 working days(start date - 14th May) still could not give any confirmation.

Tulsi - Leadership Team hang up the call with no confirmation stating bank gave no confirmation.


called again


Srinivas - transfered the call to


Sujata Leadership Team - She tells me a new story that they need 7-10 working days to get the tracking details and after 9 working days I will receive the cheque.


she also informed the cheque was initiated on 13th May(which Zubber informed that it was 14th May).


No body could confirm anything from the billing department.


They are not ready to give/commit us any time frame guarantee by when shall we receive it as it’s almost 2 months now since we returned the product.


Previously spoke to a lady on(15 or 16th of may) she on compensation note informed to give a voucher worth 5000 however it was valued only 500 INR when received.


And interestingly I am still waiting
