Okay so starting off with sure I was a big fan of amazon.in at first but the service that they’re providing these days is like they’re asking people to try other online shopping sites instead.
So I ordered some stuff online from amazon.in , me being a prime member, they gave a word that they’d deliver in a day. So I stayed home next day waiting for the delivery and no one showed up!
I tried calling the delivery agent, who ignored my calls.
Then I get an notification from amazon saying
We tried delivering the product, but no one was there to recieve it
For real ? I wasted an entire day, stayed at home for that package just to be lied to ?
I called up the customer service, who apologized and said since they have crossed the promised dead line of 8pm they’ll make sure it reaches to my place by 10pm.
No one really showed up again !
Im really disappointed with the service.
And I really don’t see the point of paying 499 extra for a service like this.
And this isn’t even the first time they messed up.
I think with all this competition with other online shopping sites , amazon has messed up its own service !
Its really very disappointing !
