I was very happy when amazon came to india and l shop very often…however, since couple of months I facing very bad experience, l have ordered dr. Trust oximeter & believe me what l got, " 2 LED LAMPS, l have complained & returned the item but till today never got my refund,
Then l bought 3 packets of kalmegh power, 2 were ok but one pack was fake power color & smell was like mud, again I bought 2 packets is Himalayas green tea got only one pack, while talking to amazon csr… services are getting very pathetic day by day… they are lying
It is very bad dishonest company run by liars and dirty indian executives. The company has started new type of fraud now atleast it happened with me,
Stop buying form amazon india the liars and cheats . Your money is as good as gone .
The sellers will also not reply after you send item back.
I as a customer trusted amazon’s big name & l am regularly buying products from them until now. I don’t know
