I don’t usually shop from Amazon, because of the way its interface looks which is dull comparison to other available websites.
I shopped here for the first time when I had to get some products delivered in Arunachal Pradesh.
No website, literally none of them do that or atleast to the pincode I wanted to get it delivered to.
I was surprised when I came to know Amazon delivers in Arunachal.
Next comes the time of delivery.
It took 14 days for them to do the delivery which is actually too long. So there I was disappointed but better late than never.
I called the customer service about the late delivery and let me tell you one thing, they are very polite and they do help you unlike other customer care we’re used to.
Also, there’s this catch with the delivery. They don’t deliver some or most of the products in that area. Which is again very frustrating when you really like something and when you put in the pincode, it can’t be delivered there.
I find the filtering option in Amazon’s website better than others though. Also when the sale is there, they seriously have the best price.
Collection is updated, which is something you don’t find on online websites
About the quality, I’m not very impressed about that either. Hence, 3 stars overall.
