Dealing with Amazon India has been nothing but frustration. I am finding that Amazon customer service has lost on all grounds of ethics and integrity. The customer service from Amazon India continues to lie and also refuse to listen.
We ordered Indian Sarees, the product was not delivered. However as usual the money was charged with delivery cost.
Upon contact their customer service(after 3 emails) they called back and said wil investiagte and it will take 6 days. We provided all facts, order number and full details. But not a single reply back from Amazon.
The again after follow up, finally one person called and who informed that nothing can be done. That was after a long round of 6 emails, long round follow ups, and finally I ended up losing all my money.
This is nothing but strightforward ripp-off. Amazon.in is nothing short of a thief. Not buying again from them and would advise buyers to be-awre of pickpockets like Amazon.
