Last few consecutive orders are not being delivered to me on time.I can understand that delays do happen. But Amazon Transportation simply updated the status as "Customer cannot be contacted and hence the package could not be delivered".I have specifically called Amazon to leave the package at security(to avoid this false status update by the transportation team).but absolutely nothing works! Customer Service is nothing but lip service.they have a Customer Service team to get verbally abused up by the customers for delivery dates not being met. Just plain pathetic!
