As it is said that Amazon has the best services.So I planned to order shoes

it was ordered on 3rd of January.
It was later dispatched and it was delivered on 7th of June 2017, as usual the delivery was to occur, I got a SMS saying that the order will be delivered on this day but delivery man came after just 1 hour after the message . since I was busy with my schedule of Exams, the delivery man went without delivering the order. As it was my last exam and I had emergency use of shoes for a function . Then after I tried calling the delivery man after 5 minutes I did not get a better response, in response delivery man said he left and was actually at a distance of 100 metres and further said to self collect the product from him.
I could not go there.
the order was not placed on the next day unfortunately it was delivered after 2 days of the occasion and it was the opposite the impression I had of Amazon was ruined.
I hope such experiences do not occur with other customers.
