I have made a purchase of around Rs. 9000 on Oct. 4 and made the payment through Debit card. I have received on defect piece for which it was refunded. but I have not received another product which is laptop bag. I am following for the last one month, also submitted the bank statement to prove that I have not received the refund amount. After following every week now they asked me to raise dispute request with Bank. When I called bank they said they have not received the amount and hence cannot raise dispute. I am really frustrated, just for getting Rs. 899 refund I had to go through such a pain, even though its not my mistake, the customer do not have the product.
