We’ve been buying from amazon.in since last 2-3 years now. It’s the best e-retailer in India currently.
It has far more variety of products than any other online retailer in India. Amazon India also launched their global store recently where you can buy imported goods.
Their customer service is top notch and a lot better than others. You can contact them through phone, email or chat option. The customer service agents are very responsive and helpful.
I’ve never faced any major problem with them till now. I’d like to narrate a recent incident.
We bought a toy motorcycle as a gift to someone recently worth Rs. 2500. But when it arrived, it wasn’t in the same condition as described online. We contacted amazon, and they happily refunded the full money and also apologised for the experience. They also let us keep the toy. It was surprising how helpful and cooperative they are towards customers.
My only problem is their long delivery time. Otherwise, they are giving quite good competition to other Indian e-retailers in terms of good service.
