This complain is regarding Amazon India order number 171-1304562-3705137 placed on 13 June, 2015 for two kids tee shirt. I have received part of product(1 tee short) on June, 2015. But, I got massage in my mobile and Amazon id that both product are delivered.
So, I immediately complained to Amazon C Care regarding undelivered product. They replied that the product is lost in transit, and could not delivered you and assured they will return the amount paid by me. But I denied for refund and requested them to resend the item again though it is currently available in the website.
C Care replied they don’t have that policy to resent item to the customers, unless again order placed for the same. I argued and told them to show Amazon document regarding same. They denied to send again and forced to cancel the order and reorder again, which is double price now(I purchased for Rs. 239.60, the current price is rs. 479.20).
How Amazon India cheat with customers i.e without delivering the product, sends massage that the product is delivered?
if a product is lost in transit, why cant it resend by inquiry from their side without affecting the consumer?
Without any Govt. or Amazon Policy, how can Amazon cancel the product and return the money, though it is available in the stock?
I need the Amazon refund policy and document where it is written that, if product is lost, they will refund the amount, without sending the product again, if it is in stock.
I am a valued customer since last 1 year, and have purchased items value more than 1 lakh in last 1 year. bUt it very difficult to have a shopping experience like this.
