The customer services are good but some time they lack in customer services. some products are unnessecirely expensive. its about the name of a big company and amazon never compromises with quality of the product and all the products delivered are in good condition.delivery, its the matter why I am annoyed that is the only reason why I am fed up of delivery services the courier hired for my current parcel is bluedart andit is delaying and they have opened a company but they don’t even know the land marks ofthe city. I have bought xam idea from amazon and its been 15 days and the courier hasn’t arrived yet . Both app and website are having good user interface and they are easy to use. whatsoever may be the delivery issues but I ca say its reliable.
