I used to be a flipkart loyalist and have made a lot of purchases from there but after Amazon came in, I tried them for once and have never gone back to flipkart after that.
Amazon is way cheaper in the products and ordering is a breeze. The delivery is almost always before time and I have never faced any issues in that. I have ordered products worth a few hundreds to well over thousands and seen it all.
The customer care is very responsive and they always respond in a very polite manner. They willing answer all question you ask no matter how many questions you ask them. Full 5 stars for the customer service
I have returned products on a couple of occasions and that was a breeze. Just log in, select the product you wish to return and ask for a pickup. A person will call for the pickup and take the product on the decided date and time. The money comes back into your account in a day or two after they get the product.
The only place where I feel they can do better is when it comes to their website. I have found flipkart’s website to be more easy to navigate though the sorting on flipkart sucks big time.
So for now unless flipkart reduces the prices, improves the sorting mechanism on its website and improves delivery period, I am never going back to flipkart.
