Today I am going to share my latest personal experience with Amazon.in
I have heared many people appreciating work and products of amazon.
So I thought why not to try it and give share my experience on a platform.
I buyed Lo’real Paris Perfect cream.
Here are my experiences with amazon.
1.LATE DELIVERY AND MISBEHAVE BY THE DELIVERY BOY: -
-I booked Lo’real Paris Perfect.Its delivery date was estimed to be 13th July 2017. But the product was delivered yesterday that is 18th July 2017. When I asked the delivery boy about how it is so late, he started misbehaving.He said that it is not his fault in a very rude way. I got very angry.
Also, the product was not kept safely as the cream plastic cup got cracks and the boy said that it accidently fall down on the road.
2.VERY POOR WEBSITE: -
-If you have ever visited the website of Amazon, it is totally a rubbish.
However, the app is good.
In the website, all things have a hanky panky stuff. No arrangement and a very busy home page.
Products are not listed finely and lastly the images on the products also sometime are listed wrong.
Thats all.
