I purchase a Philips 2.1 speaker from Amazon by looking at the positive reviews Philips MMS4040F 2.1 Multimedia Speaker. Order # 171-7532592-3597121 -Hower the product did not stand up to to the number of positive review. Yeah may be some might have really liked. I am not saaying all positive reiwires are fake.
When I wrote my actual reivew and gave 3 starts that review was not published at all. I can see that all positive reviews written after my review were all published. I realized that Aamzon had fooled me by promoting the positive reviews only. They allow more posotive review and allow less negative and nutral review just to keep the positive reviews look real.
So I was cusrious and contacted the customer support. They only had answers that "we understand your concers" etc. Which silently they agreed that yes they did not publish my review.
Amazon has also started fooling the customers. Lost all the trust I had on Aamzon. I opted Aamzon oever any other online stores. But Amazon’s policy and value to customers are only in papers. Reality is they are also just like any other online stores. Now Amazon is not different from Snapdeal or flipkart.
