Customer service: amazon`s customer service is very awesome, I have called many times at amazon, they have solved
my issues every time, and they are available at any time.
Product quality: I’m not satisfied with some of products of amazon, they are at low quality and over prized too.and many
times I feel happy to shop in AMAZON.
Delivery timeliness: delivery experience are worst from amazon, some of products are delivered soon and some of the
products are delivered so late, , so I’ m sharing my experience what I have faced with amazon delivery.
Apps and websites: amazon provides great features through app, and website are also good to use, tracking status
and products specification are available at these store.
Reliability: amazons provide best reliability experience to us in buying the products
