Amazon is an online market place. You can get any thing you want. The delivery time is also amazing and I do not get it why people give negative feedback to it.
They claim they ordered something and they received a fake product. Oh well, when we say amazon is an online open marketplace it actually means that amazon only manages delivery. there are thousands of merchants selling on amazon and another market place say snapdeal, ebay, limeroad, flipkart etc.
When you order a product, a notification goes to the merchant and then he starts to prepare your order which includes packing and stuff and once it is packed, a courier boy comes to pick up the product and hence then dispatched and delivered to you.
so think about it why to blame amazon for it? just simply call amazon and complaint about it and then amazon will take necessary steps for it even if amazon has to blacklist the seller.
