Amazon is the biggest online shopping portal in the world with usa as it’s headquarters.
Now coming to experience in India I would say it has been great.amazon gives great focus on customer satisfaction much more than other portals. This I can confirm through their return policy of 10 days
If you are not satisfied with the product including electronic items you can just return it.it will either be picked up by them or you will be paid the delivery charges for returning.
Another thing is that the delivery boys are really well behaved
The quality of products is usually top notch though their can be a rare incident of low quality product but then you can easily return it. This is very helpful to customers if they are not overall satisfied with the product.
