Amazon.in is best online shopping site in India. I wish it should have been Flipkart, but the best one always wins. Coming to my experience, I have been a regular user of both Amazon as well as Flipkart, however I like Amazon more than that of Flipkart because of following reasons -
Faster Delivery - The Delivery speed of Amazon and Flipkart is uncomparable. While Amazon delivers my order withing 2-3 days, Flipkart will take about 8-10 days for the same.
Customer Support - This is the key point and most important factor in terms of trust in online shopping. Amazon always listens to its customers and provide necessary solutions as fast as they can. Customers satisfaction is the most important thing for them. While as Flipkart don’t bother about customers and do the things how they want.
Discount and Offers - Both Amazon and Flipkart have almost similar price for product whereas there are many products which you will find costly on Flipkart. Also, Amazon hosts many festive seasons where actual offer displayed.
So, in terms of three aspects, I can say that Amazon is the Superman of Indian Online Shopping.
